New Staff Wellbeing Sessions

New Staff Wellbeing Sessions

If we are to continue to be the secure-base that our school communities need us to be at this extraordinary time and to make good decisions then we need to look after our own wellbeing. These Staff Wellbeing  sessions will focus on the evidence-based actions that we can take in order to look after our own emotional  wellbeing.

Aims of the course

  • To provide a range of practical actions that we can all take to look after our own emotional wellbeing at this extraordinary time.
  • The practical actions will be evidence-based from Psychology and Neuroscience.
  • To be both reassuring and to learn new actions to try out for our own wellbeing.
  • To be signposted to further information if staff would like to know more about any of the specific approaches and interventions.
